Camouflage Make up Courses

Course Description

This course is designed to enable candidates to offer simple skin camouflage applications to the public. This course covers the use of a variety of specialist camouflage products designed to restore the skin colouration to the surrounding skin tone. The course covers the full requirements should candidates wish to take the additional VTCT assessment to gain the NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy unit B10 Enhance appearance using skin camouflage.

Outline of Course Contents

• Related anatomy and physiology

• Contraindications and contra-actions

• Application of simple skin camouflage applications (i.e. tattoos, pigmentation marks etc to various areas of the face and body)

• Health, safety and hygiene

• Consultation and record keeping

• Treatment planning

• Product knowledge

Duration - 1 day.

Course Times - 9.30 am to 4.00 pm

Course Fee - £110

Certification - Diploma in Skin Camouflage Make up awarded by Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty Training International

plus option of

Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT)
