it supplies. In the event of any dispute,
these Terms and Conditions shall prevail
over all others and there shall be no
variation from these terms and conditions

shopping cart as required. When you are
ready to finalise your purchases, you can

Description of Goods
Helen
McGuinness Health & Beauty warrants that the
goods purchased will correspond to the
description provided. It is the purchasers’
responsibility, to ensure that the goods are
suitable for their requirements before
placing an order. Helen McGuinness Health &
Beauty is happy to provide advice but
accepts no liability in the event that the
goods once opened, do not meet individual
requirements. Once an order has been
received and processed by Helen McGuinness
Health & Beauty, the purchaser will be
subject to and in agreement with all
conditions as set out herein by Helen
McGuinness Health & Beauty.
Payment
of Orders
Payment of
goods must be made prior to dispatch of any
order.
Prices
All price
lists, catalogues and other advertising
material of Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty
are for information and illustration only
and shall not form part of any contract with
Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty. All prices
are subject to change without notice and in
all cases are subject to the applicable VAT
prevailing at the time of the delivery. All
prices quoted on this website are in British
Pounds Sterling. All purchases from this
website are made in British Pounds Sterling
or the equivalent amount in other currencies
at the time of purchase.
Handling
& Delivery Charges
UK Mainland
shipping is by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Shipping ex UK Mainland is by Royal Mail
Airmail International. Deliveries times are
subject to Royal Mail schedules. Shipping
charges are dependent on your order and
location and are stated at checkout prior to
making payment. Please note that if
purchasing goods from this website which are
to be shipped and received in a country
other than the UK, such goods maybe subject
to import taxes in the receiving country
which must be paid by the purchaser of the
goods.
Deliveries
All orders
are normally dispatched the next business
day (Monday to Friday) upon receipt of an
order. Actual dispatch time is contingent
upon availability of merchandise and
successful payment processing. Any time or
date quoted by Helen McGuinness Health &
Beauty for delivery is given as an estimate
and provided on a best endeavour basis.
Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty will use
all reasonable endeavours to deliver in
accordance with the estimated dispatch time,
but cannot be held liable in any way for any
shortages, errors, damages, losses or
expenses incurred by the purchaser or any
other entity occurring due to failure to
deliver within the estimated time.
Returns /
Refunds / Order Cancellations
Customers
wishing to return an order must telephone
Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty on 023 8026
6448 to advise us that you wish to return an
order. Customers may return goods without
any reason within 7 days of delivery
providing they are unused, in A1 Condition
and contained in their original sealed
packaging. Goods returned without reason not
meeting these specifications will not be
accepted and no refund, replacement or
credit will be issued. Costs of shipping and
insuring any returns will be borne by the
customer. Once an item has been returned to
Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty, meeting
the above requirements, a full refund of the
item/s cost, less shipping costs, will be
immediately issued by Helen McGuinness
Health & Beauty. Customers wishing to cancel
an order may do so at any time during the
checkout process. If you wish to cancel an
order after you have completed the checkout
process, please contact us immediately on
023 8026 6448 to advise us that you wish to
cancel your order. If we receive an order
cancellation prior to dispatch of an order,
your order will be cancelled immediately and
no charges will be made. If an order
cancellation is received after an order has
been dispatched, then our standard returns
policy will apply.
Damaged /
Incorrect Goods and Shortages
All must be
reported within 7 days of delivery of an
order. In the unlikely event that the
Purchaser should receive a package that has
been damaged contains incorrect goods or has
a shortage, the Purchaser must report this
to Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty within 7
days of delivery by telephoning our customer
service line on 023 8026 6448. You will then
need to provide exact details of the damage,
incorrect goods or shortage. A replacement
will then be sent along with a returns
envelope for you to return the original
item. Only in the case of damaged, incorrect
goods or shortages being received will Helen
McGuinness Health & Beauty be responsible
for postage costs incurred to return the
goods and in the result of an exchange,
dispatch new item/s. Any damages or
shortages reported after 7 days of delivery
cannot be accepted. Any claim accepted by
Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty will be
fully satisfied by replacement of the
defective or damaged goods or by credit note
at the prices ruling at the date of the
original delivery of the goods to the
Purchaser.
Defective
Goods and Returns
All
defective goods must be reported within 30
days of delivery. All DVD’s are supplied as
brand new A1 condition and are
shrink-wrapped. Once the purchaser has
removed the shrink wrapped packaging from
the purchased product it is deemed that the
goods are acceptable to them and will not be
replaced unless they are proven to be of
defective manufacture. If in the case goods
are reported to Helen McGuinness Health &
Beauty as being defective within 30 days of
the purchase date, the purchaser must state
the exact nature and extent of any defects
reported by telephoning our customer service
line on 023 8026 6448. Helen McGuinness
Health & Beauty will then dispatch a
pre-paid returns envelope to the purchaser
for return of reported item/s to Helen
McGuinness Health & Beauty. Helen McGuinness
Health & Beauty will then inspect the goods
upon their receipt and if in the opinion of
Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty the goods
are found to be manufactured as defective,
will replace the goods free of charge with
no affect on the consumers’ statutory
rights. If upon inspection of the goods no
defects are found, the item will be returned
to the end consumer with a handling charge
of £12.00 being levied.
Defects
due to unsuitable storage conditions
Helen
McGuinness Health & Beauty shall not be
liable for defects resulting from goods
being stored or used where unsuitable
environmental conditions prevail or which
have been subject to abnormal degrees of
temperature, humidity, light, strain or
other treatment.
Property
Rights
Property
rights and any risk associated with the
goods shall pass to the customer at such
time as the full price of the goods is paid
to Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty.
Payment shall be considered to have taken
place upon clearance of the proceeds of sale
through Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty
Trainings bank account.

right to discontinue the supply of goods and
services without notice. Helen McGuinness

for any misadventure or damages whether

subsequent ownership of said goods by the
purchaser of said goods.
