Booking a course/ deposits

Course
payments can be made by credit / debit card over the telephone or by
cheque in the post.
Payment of Balance
After applying for a course and paying the deposit, any balance of
tuition fees will then be invoiced along with confirmation of your
course place and are payable in full 7 days prior to the course start
date. If you are undertaking a course spanning 2 or more months in
duration, you may request to pay the balance of the fees by instalments
over the time you are training. Details are provided upon request.
If paying in full then confirmation and a receipt will be forwarded to
you upon booking.
Qualification and Insurance
Candidates successfully completing a course to the required standard
will receive our Certification, which is recognised for by a number of professional Associations such
as The Guild of Professional Beauty
Therapists and Professional Beauty
Direct for insuring purposes. However, students should always check with their
own individual insuring companies for insuring requirements prior to
undertaking any training course as we are unable to advise on all
insuring companies specific requirements. Candidates wishing to achieve a VTCT / NVQ qualification may do
so by paying an additional fee for registration and assessment (please
see additional costs below), completing the necessary course work away
from the Centre and returning for an assessment. If you require any
further information or assistance, please telephone us and we will be
happy to advise you.
Additional Costs if opting to take VTCT/ NVQ
or VRQ Awards
£16.00 one – off Awarding Body Registration Fee (if you do not already
have a VTCT registration number)
£75.00 assessment fee (per VTCT qualification *) to cover practical/
written assessments and certification
* if you are undertaking several units and can be assessed on the same
day, this fee may be reduced
£180.00
assessment fee fully inclusive if undertaking a full Level 2
Qualification such as the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy
£250.00
assessment fee fully inclusive if undertaking a full Level 3
Qualification
£30.00 assessment fee payable for VTCT VR2/VR74
(health & safety award). This is mandatory if undertaking a VTCT VRQ
qualification and if not previously achieved within the last 3 years of
undertaking an assessment.
General Course Information
* All courses include use of centre resources whilst you are at the
centre. (You do not have to buy a kit for use in the training room)
* All courses include a course manual and library use of Training DVD’s.
(Please note that DVD’s are not included in the price of 1 day
courses such as Advanced Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone
Massage etc but may be purchased on the course
day at the specially discounted price of £15.00 (r.r.p. £19.99)
* Attendees should wear comfortable professional workwear with sensible
enclosed shoes
* Please bring packed lunch and bottled water (shops close at hand if
you need to buy lunch on the day)
