Booking a course/ deposits

Payment of Balance
After applying for a course and paying the deposit, any balance of
tuition fees will then be invoiced along with confirmation of your
course place and are payable in full 7 days prior to the course start
date. If you are undertaking a course spanning 2 or more months in
duration, you may request to pay the balance of the fees by instalments
over the time you are training. Details are provided upon request.
If paying in full then confirmation and a receipt will be forwarded to
you upon booking.
Qualification and Insurance
Candidates successfully completing a course to the required standard
will receive our Diploma Certification, which is recognised by major
professional Associations such The Guild of Professional Beauty
Therapists and The Guild of Holistic Therapists and Professional Beauty
Direct. Candidates wishing to achieve a VTCT / NVQ qualification may do
so by paying an additional fee for registration and assessment (please
see additional costs below), completing the necessary course work away
from the Centre and returning for an assessment.
Additional Costs if opting to take VTCT/ NVQ
or VRQ Awards
£15.00 one – off Awarding Body Registration Fee (if you do not already
have a VTCT registration number)
£75.00 assessments fee (per skill area *) to cover all practical/
written assessments and certification
* if you are undertaking several units or a course package and can be assessed on the same
day, this fee may be reduced
£25.00 additional assessment fee payable for mandatory VTCT VR2/VR74
qualification (if not previously achieved and required for award being
undertaken).

General Course Information
* The number of participants is restricted to a maximum of 6 (minimum of
2 attendees)
* All courses include use of centre resources whilst you are at the
centre. (You do not have to buy a kit for use in the training room)
* All courses include a course manual and library use of Training DVD’s.
(Please note that DVD’s are not included in the price of 1 day CPD
courses such as Advanced Massage, Ayurvedic Facial, Thai Foot, Thai
Herbal, Indian Head and Ear Candling but may be purchased on the course
day at the specially discounted price of £14.99 (r.r.p. £19.99)
* All courses start at 9.30am and finish at 4.00pm unless stated
otherwise
* Attendees should wear comfortable professional workwear with sensible
enclosed shoes
* Please bring packed lunch and bottled water (shops close at hand if
you need to buy lunch on the day)
Discounts
If you book and pay in advance for 2 or more courses you are
entitled to a 10% discount off the total course fees (please not that
this concession is not applicable for assessment/ registration fees)
If you and a friend/ colleague book and pay in advance for course dates
together
then you are entitled to a 10% discount off the total course fees
(please not that this is not applicable for assessment/ registration
fees)
Please note that only one of the above concessions apply
In house / on-site training for Salons
Available for 4 or more therapists (for less than 4 therapists please
call for Price on Request)
15% discount for 4 or more and 20% for 6 or more
Trainer’s reasonable mileage / travel expenses charged additional for
venues outside of a 75 mile radius from our Centre
A 50% non-refundable payment is required on confirmation of booking.
Balance payable 14 days prior to training date/s
Instalments
Courses of 3 or more days in length spanning 2 or more months in
duration may be payable by monthly instalment plan (please apply for
